Recently came into the possession of a tank of 60/40 beer bas (60% CO2: 40% N2) and I'm wondering what use I can't make of it. I currently carb and dispense with pure Co2 for all styles I make. I know with 70/30 (N2/CO2) you can dispense creamy stouts, milds etc. but this in effect the opposite way around.
