There should be a manual winder tool in the boot with tyre gunk or jack/tool set. You normally need to slide passenger side front seat (assuming RHD) right back and there is a little cover in the carpet lift the cover and push winder tool into the hole (maybe a plastic seal you need to puncture) and once engaged you can then wind the brakes off.
